Wow..... to tell you the truth that was unexpected. We go from you ruining my day, to you being depressed and angry.
I really don't know what to say... whenever I try and give you advice about this (and similar) subject(s), you always shoot it down, and when I try and make you feel better it doesn't work either. What kind of answer do you want exactly?
All I can think of to say is: You have a good life (like compare your life to orphan children in Ethiopia), so if I were you, I would be as happy as I can when given difficult situations like these, and just try and get through them as best as you can. Don't go around thinking that there is nothing to be happy for, because there is plenty to be happy for.
